Classic Bronco Owners Interested In New Bronco?

Just thinking if the classic Bronco owners will be interested in the new Bronco if Ford does actually produce one. I took a look at one forum and they don't mention it, or at least not that I can find.

I can't imagine a current Bronco owner willing to part with theirs especially if it's been modded but it may appeal to owners' whose Broncos are falling apart.

Past owners might be but current owners... I think it might be harder for them to adjust to the new one, there's just something special about vehicles from older era's.

Past owners typically want something that isn't as involved to own, pushing them towards a newer product.

Feels like the Bronco loyalty is similar to that of Jeep. People like the old school Wranglers but some will move on to the newer models.

That means the Bronco will only draw in a small market if past Bronco owners are going to be the ones most interested in a new Bronco.

Ford can still make a good profit off of a small market depending on how they price it but it's better to try and draw in new customers instead of relying on old ones only.

With the amount of Bronco restoration and rebuild stories I've been reading, it sounds like current owners are more willing to throw money at the older generation Bronco than get a new one. Someone handed their 1975 Ford Bronco to Zero to 60 Designs for a rebuild to make it more off road worthy: Zero to 60 Designs restores a Ford Bronco as an "Eleanor" tribute
