May Go Into Production In 2020?

Maybe it'll look similar to the 2004 concept model but we won't see the production one for a few years. The date hasn't been confirmed yet but digitaltrends.com has suggested that the Ranger could be produced in Michigan by 2020 followed by the Bronco.

I would not expect the new Bronco to look much like the concept that we see here. Remember that this concept is from 11 years ago, and since then there has been some major shifts in Ford design language. I think that maybe the grille could more the way of the Flex grille. Or maybe the Ford Explorer.

I actually prefer the more angular body of the Broco concept than the curves of the Ford Explorer but it's not up to me.
It'll definitely have a few changes so we'll have to wait and see but probably won't hear much until we're closer to the estimated production date.

We could look at Ford'as upcoming designs to see which direction they will go in terms of shape and angles. What else does Ford have lined up before 2020?

Their F-Series trucks got redesigned recently and that's a good way to get an idea of what to expect, it's some of that redesign seen in the banner of this forum.

So we have an idea of what the Bronco's headlights will look like. Would actually prefer the larger grille from the trucks than the Ford Explorer's grille.

The F-series seems to be selling well so Ford may stick with that design since it's popular.
Maybe a bumper shaped like these F series trucks.

2020 is actually a really long time from now. I though it would've been by 2018.

We could be seeing it by 2018 if it does get confirmed for production and hear their final decision on it probably next year or 2017.
