Ford Bronco among most popular collector vehicles

Found an interesting article which shows off the 25 most popular collectors vehicles this fall. Unsurprisingly 1966-1977 Ford Broncos are currently the highest rated model by popularity, followed up by Chevy's C/K Series Pickup. Seems as though trucks are the new hot ticket. https://www.hagerty.com/articles-vid...8?sf93603379=1

Looks like consumer interest in crossovers and pickups is working retroactively. Not surprised to also see the Blazer make the list, considering what Chevy has done with the new model.

It has been increasing ever since SUV's stopped being SUV's but only now does it matter to even non-enthusiasts that have been moving to pick-up's for that reason.
Couldn't be a better time to "invest" in a Bronco, especially prior to the next generation version we're expecting.

Resto mods have also become increasingly popular, so buyers know they can buy into a classic model that's been updated with modern reliability. Personally I'd rather wait and see what we get here.

You're going to have to shell out a pretty penny for any first generation model, whether its been restomodded or not. There is just as much value in something that retains as many of the factory components as possible, at least in the eyes of purists.

If you're smart about it, getting a good deal and building it with respect to what the collectors market would want, will position it as a long-term investment.
