When you look at $3k in cash, it seems like a heck of a lot of money. Throw it into a 4 year term and it because so marginally small you really don't have to pay attention to it like that. The only problem happens when you get carried away and start throwing too many things in. AWD being something I could really find useful, it's going to be there for sure. I can do without other options.

On the other hand, if you're living in an area that doesn't really get snow or is generally good weather... AWD isn't necessary and you've cut down the amount of fuel you'll use, less power distribution which is good, and less parts to worry about wearing and breaking.

Not only that but it makes others question your knowledge about the market, someone who has shopped around enough will be able to put that into perspective, just as much as they do with other products they buy and are able to compare, even right down to everyday items.

There are a lot of people who spend more than they really need to just because it's more expensive or it "could" be better. Really sit down and look at what you need out of it and what you'll use and weigh it out for yourself as nobody else can do that for you.

AWD isn't really limited to those who are living in winter wonderlands. It's helpful if two wheels are stuck when you're driving through some mud. But not really needed if you ride with others who can winch you out if needed.

Again... if you know you'll be in need of it in situations like that in more than a once in the blue moon situation, then opt for it. If you really don't think it'll ever happen, it's unnecessary. Comes down to gauging your own situation in it.

More important than the drive, at least for now, is the possible Raptor variant with an EcoBoost engine. There's plenty of benefits to this engine like the huge power and torque output with better fuel efficiency and less emissions. A 3.5-liter would be great and it could be tuned to produce as much as 380 hp or more.

Those engines definitely hit a huge impact. Ford is throwing the EcoBoost system in almost everything lol. The Focus RS, the Mustang, Raptor, Explorer, etc. I wouldn't doubt seeing a variation of it in the Bronco.

If Ford is throwing the EcoBoost in everything, then I'm definitely more than willing to pay for it in the Bronco. Even in the Explorer, it can get 350 lb.-ft or torque at 3500 RPM. With a tune, we can increase the lower end torque even more.

That I can agree with. Always admired those EcoBoost engines. Looking at the capabilities people were getting in the Focus RS and the abuse people put them through in the Mustang just shows how versatile and well built those motors are.
