Bronco Finished For a Man Battling Cancer

Now this is a story that'll bring a tear to your eye.

This community in Utah came together to finish a man's 1968 Ford Bronco. This man is battling cancer and his wife thought up the idea to get some help to get it done. Didn't expect all that help but gosh darn... it's a heart wrencher.

Check out the video in this link as I'm unable to post it, definitely worth it.

Community rallies to transform 1968 Bronco for man with terminal

Gotta love stories like these where a community rallies together to fix up an old car for a good cause. The reason behind it is a sad one, but at least he'll enjoy the Bronco for this year and hopefully the next one as well.

That's the thing, something like this and the enjoyment he'll get out of it could just give him that positive outlook to push his timespan even further. Being real happy does a lot for someone!

You'll typically find stories like these from small communities though where everyone essentially knows each other. A part of me kind of wished I grew up like that instead of the city.

Foster dad to 22 kids, he deserves this.

Glad to see the community came around to make this possible.

Missy Lovett, Dewayne's daughter, says one of those memories is rock crawling when the Bronco was running.
I think this kind of family time is what the new Bronco should be built around, just time to bond with the family over rock crawling or some other outdoor activity.

They'll probably be marketed towards the out door activities but they can't really push only that harder than anything. They may do something like they're doing for the Ecosport where it's a "Breakaway" type of deal but that'll be a separate campaign.

They still have to appeal to the mass market of people which, unfortunately, do not get out that often and don't really have that as their primary focus.

They can only do that so much.

Younger crowds is where the money is at, people in the mid 20's to early 30 range. Just look at who Toyota has targeted with the FJ and you'll know what I mean.
